Bioko Island was created by a volcano and is not rich with plants and animals. The 130,000 acres island is now a wildlife reserve, and many of the plants are considered pristine. This means that the trees are very old and have never been touched by man. Many of the monkeys that live on the island can only be found on Bioko, which makes it very interesting to scientists. Bioko is located on the African continental shelf, and you can still see the remains of the volcano’s crater on the island. Try saying something from this place: “Let’s explore!” is “Vamos a explorar”
