The Goseck Circle is part of Saxony-Anhalt in Germany. The circle is an ancient Neolithic structure, and as far as historians know, it is the oldest in Central Europe. The Goseck Circle was used to study the sun as well. Historians aren’t sure of the exact time that Goseck Circle was created, but they believe it dates back to sometime around the 49th Century BC.
