Piusa is a village which is located in the south-eastern part of Estonia. It is technically part of Põlva County. The village is known for many different things, but most travelers will know it for the unique sand caves that are visible among the Piusa River. There are many glass products available in Piusa, since glass producers are able to make many objects from all the nearby sand quarries.
