Shipping & Return
We work hard to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising on the final product. As soon as your order has been submitted, all required information has been provided, and your payment has been received, we will ship your order and then send you a tracking number.
Please note: All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery may take a few extra days if the destination is rural.
All orders are shipped with USPS. We do deliver to P.O. boxes.
We offer FedEx shipping.
International orders: All international orders are shipped with FedEx shipping.
FedEx shipping labels require the sender’s and recipient’s names, addresses, and phone numbers.
We are not responsible for customs fees or delays.
We accept returns on products in perfect condition in the 30 days following receipt of your order. We will not accept returns or exchanges on our products after the 30-day grace period. If you qualify for a free return, print out the shipping label we will send you by email.
All items purchased on sale, including special offers and promotions, will be considered a final sale; no reimbursement or credit will be issued for these items purchased.
Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment used.
